The Bioland™ square well storage plates, commonly referred to as deep well plates, offer a versatile solution for various laboratory applications. These autoclavable plates are designed for a range of functions, including DNA extraction, RNA extraction, sample preservation, sample cryopreservation, thermal cycling PCR reactions, Real-Time PCR, and colorimetric reactions. The plates feature 96 wells with a volumetric capacity of 2.2ml, making them suitable for applications such as magnetic bead extraction kits. These deep well plates come in three sealing options: self-adhesive sealing film, silicone sealing pad, and heat-sealing film made of polypropylene. This ensures a secure and stable environment for sensitive reactions. The plates exhibit desirable chemical resistance, withstanding substances like DMSO, phenols, and chloroform, and remaining inert to water. This robust chemical resistance makes them reliable for a wide range of laboratory processes. Bioland deep well plates also provide options in terms of bottom design, offering round bottom, V-bottom, U-bottom, and conical bottom variations. This flexibility caters to different experimental needs and equipment compatibility. The availability of round and square pore sizes, along with a variety of volumes ranging from 240ul to 10ml, allows researchers to choose the suitable configuration for their specific applications. With their low residue and low metal content, these deep well plates are suitable for frozen storage at temperatures as low as -80°C, making them a valuable tool in modern laboratory workflows.
